Part 2 of the IMLS programs is the Automation of PSS libraries. Joeten Kiyu Public Library has received a grant from the Institute of Museum and Library Services to automate all PSS school libraries. Program began in 2004 and currently 13 schools have completed automation and 2 more are undergoing the process.

- KES - Kobler Elementary School: Just started with process 1 of the automation due their library had opened up this year after the typhoon destruction.
- GES - Garapan Elementary School started way before GTC but due to lack of staff and computer resources, the library aid was not able to catch up on time.
