First started in 1995, the ITC had established internet and computer access for the public.In 2003 expansion of the ITC provided for more users to make full use of the facilities. Along with the expansion included better internet connectivity through DSL (Direct Subscriber Line). This allowed for high speed internet. Along with some of the changes, was a continued service of free basic computer learning classes that run on saturdays from 10:00am to 11:30am.
Summer Computer Learning Classes
At the start of Summer, the ITC provides computer learning in Internet Use, Microsoft Office Applications, and Adobe Photoshop Classes. Summer Classes are announced by the end of June. Please contact our staff at 235-7312
Access to the ITC Facilities?
A Joeten-Kiyu Public Library Card will provide you with access to the ITC Facilities
Students, 4th to 12th grade are required to get a permission form which will be provided when you show your library card to the ITC Center. After this form is completed return the form to an ITC Staff and an authorization sticker will be placed on your card to indicate your parent has given their consent for you to use the computer and go online.
